This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled on phoenixai.media. Phoenix AI Media is a commercial project operated by an individual. Privacy and personal-data requests can be sent to info@phoenixai.media.
What we collect
When you send a project or partner inquiry, we may collect the information you enter in the form, including your name, work email, company/brand/project details, project or partnership description, selected service or cooperation type, budget/timeline or expected volume, and any optional URL or message you provide.
We also process limited technical data needed to operate and secure the site, such as request and server-log data, session/CSRF security data, page path, referrer host and permitted UTM attribution fields. The site does not use advertising pixels, behavioral profiling or third-party marketing analytics at launch.
Why we use it
We use inquiry data to review and respond to your request, determine whether Phoenix AI Media is a suitable fit, prepare scope/quotation discussions, manage potential project or partnership communication, maintain service security, and keep basic first-party records of site and inquiry events.
Where data is stored
The primary website and inquiry database are hosted in the Russian Federation. Hosting infrastructure is provided by ООО «Админвпс», INN 7708257630, OGRN 1157746467372, registered address: 115280, Россия, г. Москва, ул. Ленинская Слобода, д. 19, 5-й этаж, комната 21у.
Full inquiry briefs are not automatically forwarded to foreign CRM, advertising, analytics or messaging services. If a later workflow requires a new external processor or cross-border transfer, the relevant legal and technical basis will be reviewed before that workflow is enabled.
Retention
Ordinary non-converted inquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless there is an ongoing business or legal reason to retain them longer. Spam and clearly invalid submissions may be deleted earlier. Ordinary access/security logs are targeted for retention of up to 90 days unless an incident requires longer preservation. Records related to an actual client or partner relationship may be retained under the applicable contract, accounting and legal requirements.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses only technical session storage/cookies needed for form security and normal operation. No advertising or non-essential analytics cookies are used at launch.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about the personal data associated with your inquiry, request correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent by contacting info@phoenixai.media. A withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and does not require deletion of data that must be retained on another lawful basis.
Security
Reasonable organizational and technical measures are used to restrict access, reduce unnecessary collection and protect stored inquiry data. No Internet service can promise absolute security.
