Site purpose
The site presents Phoenix AI Media production capabilities, original demonstration studies, indicative service information and ways to start a project or partnership discussion.
No automatic contract
Submitting a project brief or partner inquiry does not create a client, reseller, referral, white-label or other contractual relationship. Any project scope, price, rights, delivery terms and commercial obligations must be separately agreed.
Pricing
Any “starting from” price is an indicative commercial entry point, not a public offer to perform every project at that price. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, volume, timeline, rights and revision requirements.
Production studies and intellectual property
Unless expressly identified otherwise, Phoenix production studies shown on the site are original demonstration work and are not presented as paid client campaigns. Site text, branding, layouts and Phoenix-created demonstration assets may not be copied or redistributed as your own work without permission.
AI-assisted production
Phoenix AI Media uses AI-enabled production tools together with creative direction, editing and quality control. Third-party tools may add or preserve technical provenance metadata, credentials or watermarking signals. No promise is made that such signals are absent, removable or undetectable.

The site may link to third-party resources. Their content, availability, security and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, or submit material that you do not have the right to provide. Do not include sensitive personal information in an initial brief.
